Office Movers in Sharjah

Moving Preparation

Service Overview

Sharjah works differently from Dubai. Anyone who tells you otherwise has probably never tried to move an office near Rolla Square on a weekday morning, or dealt with the freight access restrictions in Industrial Area Zone 6 when three other companies booked the same loading slot.

We have. More than once.

At Insta Move Cargo Pack, we move offices across Sharjah on a weekly basis. Not as a side service to our Dubai operations, as a core part of what we do. We know Al Wahda Street’s older buildings don’t always have working goods lifts. We know what the E311 looks like at 7:15am when you’re trying to get a truck from Muwaileh toward Al Khan. This isn’t stuff you learn from a map. You learn it from doing the job, over and over, in the same streets and buildings.

If your office is in Sharjah and you need to move, whether it’s next month or next week, this page tells you everything that actually matters.

Areas We Cover Across Sharjah

We work across every major commercial district in the emirate. Here’s where we regularly operate and what’s specific to each area.

Al Nahda

Split between Sharjah (postal codes 26666–27111) and Dubai, Al Nahda is busy, fast-moving, and full of mid-size office buildings that house everything from trading companies to HR consultancies. The border traffic is the main challenge. We time arrivals around it. Buildings in this area vary wildly, some have decent goods lifts, others are walk-up only. We check before we show up.

Industrial Area, Zones 1 to 18

This is Sharjah’s commercial engine. Manufacturing businesses, freight companies, trading firms, logistics operations, if you need to move an admin office, relocate to a bigger unit in Zone 9 or Zone 12, or shift your entire operation across zones, we handle it. The logistics here require planning: shared loading docks, freight time windows, weight-restricted service roads in certain zones. We map all of this out before moving day so nothing catches us, or you, off guard.

Al Khan and Al Majaz

Al Khan Road and the waterfront around Al Majaz (postal code 65752) tend to attract professional services businesses, architecture firms, financial consultancies, legal offices. These moves usually involve expensive equipment and custom furniture. We take that seriously. Glass desk panels, large format printers, server setups, everything gets wrapped and protected before it goes near a van.

Rolla Square and Al Wahda Street

Old Sharjah. Postal code 65536 and surrounds. Narrow streets, limited parking, older buildings with no freight lift and frontages that barely fit a single vehicle. We’ve moved offices out of three-storey walkups in this area carrying everything down by hand. It takes longer. We price it honestly and we don’t rush it.

Muwaileh Commercial

Growing fast. A lot of SMEs, tech businesses, and education-adjacent companies are setting up here because the rents are competitive and access to Dubai is manageable. Generally easier to move in and out of compared to the older parts of Sharjah, better parking, newer buildings, proper goods lifts. Timing around the university traffic is the main thing to plan for.

Al Qasimia and Al Taawun

The corridor running toward Ajman, with postal codes around 27444 and 27999. Trading companies and mid-size offices dominate here. Al Taawun Street is a main connector road and gets congested early. We arrive before the peak or after it. Never during.

Al Qasba and Khalid Lagoon Area

Buildings near Al Qasba Canal (postal code 65987) and around Khalid Lagoon can have event-based access restrictions, particularly when something is running at the canal or the surrounding promenade. We check this ahead of time as standard. It’s not something you want to discover at 7am on moving day with a full truck.

What We Actually Do on Your Move

There’s a version of “professional moving service” that means someone turns up with a van and some blankets. That’s not us. Here’s specifically what happens when you hire Insta Move Cargo Pack for your Sharjah office relocation.

Site Visit and Written Quote

For any move involving more than around ten workstations, we visit your office before the moving date. We check the goods lift, the parking access, the number and type of heavy items, and anything that could complicate things. You get a written, itemized quote after that, not a rough figure over the phone that changes when we arrive.

Packing

We bring double-walled cartons for documents and files, anti-static bubble wrap for monitors and electronics, custom foam padding for fragile equipment, stretch film for furniture, and proper furniture blankets for desks and cabinets. We label everything going into boxes so unpacking at the new office is straightforward. If you want to pack your own personal items or some of the simpler stuff yourself, that’s completely fine. We’ll take whatever you haven’t done.

Dismantling and reassembly

Workstation systems, partition walls, modular shelving, reception desks, we take them apart, label every component and fixing, and put them back together at the new location. You won’t end up with a mystery pile of screws in the corner.

IT and hardware handling

We’re not your IT company; we won’t touch your network setup. But we handle the physical hardware carefully. Servers get moved upright in anti-static wrapping. Desktop towers and monitors are individually padded and secured in transit. Nothing gets stacked wrong or left to slide around in the back of a van.

Right vehicle for the job

A 1-ton van for a two-room office. A 7-ton or 10-ton truck for a full floor move. We size the vehicle to the job. You don’t pay for a truck that’s three times bigger than you need, and you don’t get your belongings squeezed into something too small that requires two trips.

Setup at the new location

We unload into the right rooms. We reassemble the furniture. We put things where you point. The goal at the end of the day is that you walk into your new office and it feels like an office, not a storage unit with a to-do list.

Comprehensive Support

A Few Things Worth Sorting Before Moving Day

After years of doing this in Sharjah, we’ve seen the same things cause problems over and over. Most of them are easy to avoid.

Book the goods lift at your new building before you confirm a moving date with us. Some buildings in Al Nahda and Al Khan have limited freight windows and they fill up fast, especially near end of month when multiple tenants are often coming and going at the same time.

If you’re in or near Industrial Area, try to avoid moving on Sundays. It’s the busiest freight day in that part of Sharjah and the roads around zones 1 through 6 can back up badly by 9am.

Don’t wait until the last week to tell us about anything unusual. The safe in the back office. The custom-built reception desk that was installed in sections. The IT rack that needs to stay upright at all times. The earlier we know, the better we can plan.

Declutter before we arrive. Anything you’re replacing at the new office, anything nobody’s used in two years, anything that belongs in a bin, get rid of it before moving day. Every item we move costs time, space, and money.

If you can, label rooms at the new office in advance. Even something simple like a Post-it on each door saves a lot of back-and-forth when we’re unloading.

Why Businesses in Sharjah Choose Insta Move Cargo Pack

We’re not the biggest moving company in the UAE. We’re also not trying to be. What we are is a team that shows up when we say we will, doesn’t charge you things we didn’t agree on upfront, and actually knows the areas we work in.

Every person who works on your move has done this before. Not just generally, specifically, in Sharjah’s buildings and streets. They know how to carry a filing cabinet down a tight staircase in an old Rolla Square building without denting the walls.

They know what an anti-static moving bag is for and when to use it. They know that the Al Nahda border can add forty minutes to a morning arrival if you haven’t planned your route carefully.

We cover the whole UAE from Sharjah. If you’re moving your office from Sharjah to Dubai, to Abu Dhabi, to Ajman or anywhere else in the emirates, we handle inter-emirate office relocations regularly. One team, one point of contact, the same standard throughout.

And when the job is done, we’re done when you’re happy, not when the clock hits a certain hour.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
My building near Rolla Square has no goods lift. Is that going to be a problem?

Not a problem, just something that affects timing and price. We’ve done plenty of staircase moves in the older buildings around Rolla and Al Wahda Street. It takes more crew and more time, and we price it accordingly. No hidden charges after the fact.

How far in advance do I need to book?

For smaller offices, a week is usually fine. For larger moves with 30 or more staff, two to three weeks ahead gives us enough time to plan properly. That said, if something urgent has come up, call us. We’ll tell you honestly what we can fit in.

Do you supply all the packing materials?

Yes. We bring everything with us, cartons, bubble wrap, anti-static packaging for electronics, stretch film, furniture blankets, tape, labels. You don’t need to source anything. If you’d rather pack some of it yourself, that’s fine too.

What if something gets damaged?

Our damage rate is very low because of how carefully we pack and handle things. But if something does happen, we deal with it directly, we don’t make it your problem to chase. Ask our team about coverage options when you book.

Can you move an office near Al Qasba or the Khalid Lagoon area?

Yes, regularly. We know those areas well and we check access arrangements in advance, including any restrictions that come with events at Al Qasba. It’s a detail that matters and we don’t leave it to chance.

How do I get a quote?

Call or WhatsApp us, or visit instamovecargopack.com and use the contact form. Give us your office size, current Sharjah location, destination, and your target date. We’ll respond with a written quote, not a ballpark figure
